- Use your poor crosstrainer everyday! Not once a month!..
- Drink more water! (Honestly, I hate plain water! And I seem to forget counting those "required" glasses...)
- Read magazines you buy, or buy less magazines... which is impossible because you only buy 2 magazines per month. lol
- Spend less on makeup. Ask yourself "Do I really need all this stuff?" :)
- Start the new skin care regimen.
- Try Konad and water marbling!
- FOTD! :)

ReplyDeleteHeather, they (smart guys who say it's healthy to drink around 1,5-2 l of water per day) categorise juice as a "meal" not a liquid! :) I'd rather drink milk (soya milk in particular!), but it is a "meal" also! I drink green tea, but 1,5 l of tea (green included) per day is not that healthy! How unfair! lol

I drink iced tea because I just can't drink plain water. I use sugarfree. I don't know if you'd use it because of the sweetner. It's the only way I can get the water in me. I also have to go back on my diet and start my food journal again. Cut out buying so much makeup and nail polish. Save my money by putting it in my savings account and not touching it. That should be enough!
